We are an internet based business and therefore do not publish our telephone number, but if you have any questions or comments, please mail them to us using the addresses below, and we can normally respond very quickly.

If you have a specific question relating to bats that has not been answered elsewhere on the site, then please email your questions to the link below. These questions will be answered by James Bisset, a very experienced UK based bat worker, who, combined with his network of contacts, should be able to answer any queries. Please note however, that James is not linked to Bat Planet and operates this service for us on a voluntary basis, and he will therefore respond as soon as possible subject to work and holiday committments.
